As you might see on the picture, I replaced part of the flour by some oats and as my tough judges said that initiative got me a 9 instead of a 10!the only other alteration was less sugar,they were still very sweet.
A vos fourneaux!

I admire you for trying healthy cookies. I have to admit, I use a full cup of butter and 1 and 1/2 cups sugar in mine; they taste great, but I don't make them for the family. I make them, keep about 6 at home, and leave the rest at work far away from me. : - )
