Hello dear Friends! Did you have a good week-end? Ours was good and busy. Our D.D Gabrielle is home from Montreal for a week (reading week), we bought a big TV set for the first time on Saturday and we made several trips to the Apple Store so my iMac would run smoothly... now that everything is handy dandy, I can start the week by sharing a card, the name of the winner of Creativity Prompt's stamp set and some music...
Bonjour chères Scropines! Avez-vous passez un bon week-end? Le notre fut bon même si j'ai l'impression de ne pas avoir arrêté... vendredi soir, notre Gabrielle est arrivée de Montréal. Elle passe sa "reading week" à la maison. Samedi, nous avons acheté un "grand" poste de télévision, une première pour nous! et dimanche, après plusieurs allers et retours au magasin Apple, j'ai retrouvé mon iMac comme neuf! A présent, je peux commencer la semaine en partageant une carte, le nom de la gagnante des nouveaux tampons Creativity Prompt et puis un morceau de musique...

The stamp is from Penny Black and is called: "venetian summer" #40-217 . I used Versafine vintage sepia to stamp it and my Staedtler karat aquarell to color it.
Le tampon est de Penny Black et s'appelle "venetian summer" #40-217. J'ai utilisé l'encre Versafine vintage sepia pour tamponner l'image et mes karat aquarell (Staedler) pour la colorer.

The sketchy style of the stamp looks terrific with your watercolouring. Love the way you photographed the card with your camera in the shot - it really gives the flavour of a tourist to the image.

That's a complex stamp to color and you did an amazing job!
oo, la la! What a fabulous image! LOVE the stamping in the lighter sepia tone and LOVE the coloring. I think it's just genius how you highlighted some of the image with intense color, and left some soft and subtle. What a great blend!
