a PB card - Cheers!

Happy Friday dear Friends! Is it Happy Hour time yet?
Yeah!

This is such a fun and easy stamp to use. I added some silver sparkle (with an old toothbrush and some silver acrylic paint) to add even more cheerfulness to the scene. I ran a piece of cork through my Quickutz Revolution to make the border. I colored the image with a combo of Gelatos and watercolor pencils so the wine in the glasses look more like a Rosé than my favorite wine. By the way, can you guess what we drink at home? The corks are a dead give-away, aren't they?...

**Penny Black Inc. slapstick/cling stamp Cheers! #40-219.**

Thank You! Merci!

What caught my eye was the way those paint splatters draw the eye to the blue striped jumper of the bottom left extended hand & that in turn leads the eye upwards to the chinking glasses…….striking way of drawing attention. The cork provides a lovely sense of texture & I particularly like the way that the brain then associates the glasses with wine corks!
